From signed plan to delivered assets, most refresh packages run 2–4 weeks depending on studio windows, MUAs, and wardrobe pulls. Rush lanes exist for casting deadlines — fees and crew availability vary by city.

Pricing depends on the package: some development costs roll into structured plans; others bill per production day. We disclose rates before cameras roll — no surprise post invoices for approved shot lists.

Velvet’s development roster focuses on female models and actors. For mixed casts, productions brief us on female roles and we coordinate with partner agencies or freelance casting for male counterparts.

Typically high-resolution JPEG or TIFF for stills, ProRes or H.264 for reels — tuned to platform caps (Actors Access, agency portals, etc.). If your casting director specifies a codec, mention it early.

Pre-call sheets include wardrobe notes and closure options; we maintain female-forward styling teams when requested and pause set if comfort thresholds shift — non-negotiable for Velvet.

Occasionally — announced via email and social channels. Otherwise submissions run through our contact desk so we can track availability and reduce crowding at studios.
