By accessing velvetmodeling.com or engaging Velvet Modeling (“Velvet”, “we”, “us”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy — unless you have executed a separate written agreement that expressly overrides sections below.

If you use the site or send inquiries on behalf of a company or production, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Velvet provides modeling and media-related services — including photography and videography coordination, talent development, casting introductions, and producer-facing coordination — as described on our site and in individual proposals or contracts.

Nothing on this website guarantees casting outcomes, employment, or campaign bookings. Schedules and briefs change with production realities; we communicate in good faith within those constraints.

Our roster development focuses on professional female talent for lawful media work in Pakistan and regional productions. You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Harassment, deception, fraudulent credentials, or coercion toward staff, talent, or partners may result in termination of discussions, removal from consideration, or referral to authorities when warranted.

Materials you send — reels, PDFs, imagery, voice notes — should respect third-party rights. You confirm you have authority to share them with Velvet for evaluation and downstream pitching where you approve.

Unsolicited ideas sent without a binding agreement are received without obligation to compensate or maintain confidentiality beyond reasonable professional care — do not send trade secrets you cannot risk.

Site content — branding, layout, text, and curated imagery owned by Velvet — remains our property or our licensors’. Do not scrape, mirror, or misrepresent affiliation.

Deliverables from paid shoots are governed by your production agreement — including licensing to clients, talent usage windows, and credit obligations. Until fees and scope are settled, delivery timelines may adjust.

Our site may reference external platforms or portfolios. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

The site is provided “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free operation — we aim for reliability but cannot promise perfection.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velvet disclaims implied warranties where disclaimers are enforceable in your jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velvet’s aggregate liability arising from site use or informal preliminary discussions — where no separate contract caps damages — is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid Velvet for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding notice, or (b) PKR where no fees applied.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or lost profits, except where statute prohibits such exclusions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law forbids limitation.

You agree to defend and indemnify Velvet and its personnel against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the site, your unlawful submissions, or your breach of these terms — except to the extent caused by Velvet’s deliberate misconduct.

Unless a signed contract specifies otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts located in Karachi, Sindh shall have exclusive jurisdiction — subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply and cannot be waived.

We prefer good-faith negotiation before formal disputes escalate.

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional steps.
